Raise your hand if you’ve had a leader say to you “Bring me solutions, not problems.” 🙋♀️
Not only does that statement create trust issues within your organization, but it also stifles innovation. If a direct report can’t come to you with mistakes or problems, then you’re inhibiting a learning culture.
