Goals are better than resolutions
A fact about me:
I hate New Year’s resolutions.
The tradition of setting a lofty expectation only to have it fizzle out a month later has never appealed to me.
But I love goal-setting.
Goals are about continuous improvement and growth.
And December is a great time of year to reflect on your goals.
Taking time for reflection is a wonderful counterbalance to the hustle of this time of year.
It's the perfect time to check in on the goals you set.
Celebrate the victories.
Learn from the challenges.
Spend time thinking about what you have already accomplished.
Lay out what you hope to achieve going forward.
Goals are a year-round practice that offer a roadmap of progress.
Don't confine them to January.
