A snowy Monday at Avon Old Farms

It was a winter wonderland at Avon Old Farms yesterday!

I was lucky to see it firsthand since I had the opportunity to be with Jim Detora and his team for a full-day CliftonStrengths® workshop.

Teams often only rally together in response to challenges.

But not this group.

They came together to explore and enhance their collective strengths.

There was a lot of insightful conversation and laughter too.

We talked about individual strengths and how these strengths are mutually beneficial.

I love using CliftonStrengths with teams.

Strengths foster a deeper understanding among the team.

Making time for your team to come together is one of the most impactful things you can do as a leader.
