  • Individual Coaching

Executive coaching is aimed at empowering you to refine your vision, achieve your goals, and overcome obstacles. Each coaching engagement is designed to elevate your leadership performance and effectiveness. The benefits are substantial, fostering a heightened sense of confidence and competence, and enabling you to think strategically and prioritize for success.

    Team Coaching

The team coaching program is a year-long experience designed for team members to work together to establish deep trust in the team and organization. The program is tailored specifically to each team. We work directly with you and your team to customize your team’s path. The advantage of this program is that it amplifies the process of teamwork, both inside and outside of sessions.

  • Leadership Cohorts

Leadership cohorts are year-long experiences for those sharing similar roles at different organizations. It allows for deep conversation, connection, and retrospection. The leadership cohort program is designed to allow participants to think deeply about their leadership and be inspired through self-reflection and group connection.

  • Strong leadership begins with an understanding of impact and behavior, not just self-reflection.

In this confidential, conversation-based process, structured insights are gathered from multiple perspectives, including those who work closely with the leader, to create a comprehensive view of leadership effectiveness. This approach provides a well-rounded picture of how the leader is experienced across the organization, guiding intentional development rather than judgment.

Rather than relying on surveys, this assessment uses in-depth verbal conversations with selected stakeholders and the leader.

These dialogues focus on key areas such as:

    • Strategic thinking and decision-making
    • Communication and influence
    • Relationship dynamics and collaboration
    • Leadership presence and credibility
    • Patterns of strength and blind spots

Across these conversations, patterns and themes to reveal how the leader’s intentions match their impact and where opportunities for growth lie.

    Leaders receive:

    • A comprehensive profile of strengths, gaps, and leadership patterns
    • A perspective grounded in real voices, not boxes checked
    • Actionable development priorities and clarity on next steps
    • A roadmap for focused and purposeful leadership growth

This process is designed for leaders who want a rich, nuanced, and actionable understanding of their leadership and who prefer dialogue and interpretation over standardized surveys.

  • Retreats

Retreats are an opportunity for teams to come together, deepen relationships and focus on strategic goals. By taking a step back, retreats allow teams and organizations to move forward in a deliberate and performance-driven way. Through a combination of training, discussion, and interactive activities, we work with you to create transformative, engaging, and fun retreats. Retreats are designed specifically for your team and organization.

  • Team Assessments

High-performing teams are developed through an understanding of the current team makeup. Using formal assessments and interviews, the team assessment is the basis for understanding individual and team strengths. The assessment also provides a path for development for the team, including goals and group norms.

    Process Improvement

Top teams regularly review the process that makes them work. By assessing team processes through an improvement lens, teams will become sharper in understanding how the team, makes plans and decisions and builds and maintains relationships. With a clear view of process, teams are more nimble and better respond to challenges.

    Reporting Structure Assessments

Teams and team members who lack clarity struggle with performance. Reporting structure assessments create role clarity for the individuals and the teams through an in-depth process. Accountability and an explicit understanding of roles and responsibilities is the designed outcome of this process.
