AISNE Team Retreat

Some teams make it look easy.
But what they’re really doing is the work.

I saw this in action this week.

I had the privilege of facilitating the Association of Independent Schools in New England team retreat in Portland, ME.

Over the course of two days, there was meaningful conversation, reflection, and planning for the year ahead.

This group is thoughtful, mission-driven, and deeply committed to showing up for each other and for their member schools.

They spent time strengthening trust, aligning on shared priorities, and building the foundation for a high-performing year.

And I remembered to take pictures this time!
