An exciting certification!
Last week, I became a certified facilitator of LEGO® Serious Play®.
It was two full days of learning, building, reflecting, and stretching my thinking.
And I loved it.
I have used LEGO® in workshops for years.
(Some of you have experienced this work in action when I speak or facilitate.)
But spending time learning the deeper methodology reminded me why this approach is so powerful.
- When leaders build, they slow down.
- They externalize what is often hard to name.
- They make their thinking visible.
And suddenly, conversations shift.
I left excited about new ways this work can support my 1:1 clients and the teams I work with.
Thank you, Rach SebellShavit, PCC, for putting together two great days of learning.
And I'm grateful to everyone in the room who made the experience what it was- Deb Becker, Carly Goldsmith, PCC, Laurie Bohn, Mike Lemire, and Beste Ozer Tezcan.
There is something energizing about being in a room full of people who are deeply curious about how adults learn, how teams make meaning, and how we create space for insight rather than forcing answers.
I'm looking forward to putting this into action!
