Are you feeling tired?

It’s felt like endless gray days here in Boston.

And if you’re anything like me, that kind of weather doesn’t just sit outside.
It creeps in.

Lower energy.
Slower thinking.
A quiet kind of fatigue.

(Archie has fully leaned in.)

But most leaders don’t have that option.

And lately, I’ve been seeing a pattern in my coaching conversations:
Leaders are tired.

Not just physically.

Decision fatigued.
Moving from one thing to the next without space to think.
Operating, but not leading.

If that’s you right now, here’s the shift:
Don’t push harder.

Pause.

Even 10 minutes can change the trajectory of your day.

Ask yourself:
What actually needs my attention right now?
What can wait?
What is draining me that doesn’t need to be?

A small reset creates disproportionate clarity.

This time of year doesn’t have to feel heavy.
But it will if you don’t recalibrate.
