Busy or productive?

There’s a difference between being busy and being productive.

And it's easy to mistake one for the other.

Busy leaders:

  1. Fill their calendar with back-to-back meetings

  2. Get stuck in a cycle of endless emails/texts/Slack

  3. Often confuse activity with achievement

Productive leaders:

  1. Keep their eyes on strategic priorities

  2. Carve out time for deep, meaningful work

  3. Focus on creating results that align with bigger goals

Recognizing that you're stuck in the busyness trap is the first step.
