Yesterday, my bucket was overflowing thanks to an incredible group of women leaders!

I had the privilege of speaking with these inspiring emerging leaders through The Heads Network, an organization dedicated to supporting and advancing women in independent school leadership.

Our conversation centered on a topic at the very heart of leadership:

Uncovering and articulating our why.

Hearing these women reflect on their leadership journeys reminded me of the transformative power of pausing, digging deep, and reconnecting with our purpose.

I was inspired by their curiosity, openness, and commitment to the work of self-discovery.
