Clarity is the first step
There are days when the news, deadlines, and endless to-dos can feel completely overwhelming.
It’s easy to feel unsure of where to focus your energy.
Your ability to create clarity is the first step.
So where do you start?
1. Close your door.
2. Grab a pen and paper.
3. And take 5 minutes to write down your priorities for the day.
Ask yourself this one question:
“What will have the greatest impact?”
It could be a conversation you’ve been avoiding.
Or a project strategy you’ve been meaning to outline.
Or simply being fully present in a meeting that matters.
Once you identify the thing, commit to it.
This small practice can bring focus when you're feeling overwhelmed.
And will set you up for success for the rest of the day.
