Thank you Berkshire School!

Carpenter Leadership Consulting kicked off 2025 with one of my favorite teams!

Yesterday, I had the chance to spend time with the Admissions team at Berkshire School.

What I appreciate most about this team is their ongoing commitment to caring for each other.
They intentionally make time to pause, reflect, and connect as a group.

It’s not just about getting the work done.
They work to build their relationships and strengthen their team dynamic.

This time, we even added a some play to the mix.
(Because who doesn’t love building with Lego?)

Remember:

It’s powerful to step back from the day-to-day to focus on the bigger picture.
And have some fun along the way.

You need it.
And, more importantly, so does your team.

A huge thanks to Allison Letourneau for having me out to join you again.
I can’t wait to do it all again in a few months!
