Communication is a two way street

What a great time at the women’s networking event hosted by the Charles River Regional Chamber today!

It's always inspiring to connect with others in our community.

A highlight of the event was hearing from BJ Farrell, the first female commander of the USS Constitution.

She offered insights into leadership through her experiences in the Navy.

But what resonated with me the most was her perspective on communication:

“Effective communication goes two ways. You can’t assume I know something. I can’t help if I don’t know there’s a problem.”

This is such a powerful reminder for us and for our teams.
