Are you constantly in reaction mode?

A leader I work with recently told me:

"I feel like I’m putting out fires all day. I don’t have time to be strategic."

Here’s what we did:
1. We blocked two hours a week for deep work. No meetings, no emails.
2. We identified what only they could do and delegated the rest.
3. We set boundaries because reacting all day isn’t leading.

Just one month later?

They’re finally thinking ahead instead of just keeping up.

Let me ask you:

If you’re constantly in reaction mode, what’s one thing you could shift this week?
