Your team deserves better meetings

It was great to be back at the Association of Independent Schools in New England 2025 Business and Operations Conference & Expo yesterday!

I led a session on something we all experience.

Team meetings.

Specifically, how to make them better.

We’ve all been in those meetings that drag on.
Or lack focus.

The one’s where you leave wondering, “What was the point of that?”

Here’s the thing:

One of the most powerful (and underused) ways to improve your meetings is to ask your team for feedback.

It doesn’t take long.

Plus it builds trust.

Just ask:
“What’s one small change that would improve our team meetings?”

I promise you that your team has thoughts.

And will give you real insight into what’s working.
And what’s not.
