Create space

Every December, I look at my calendar and make one deliberate choice.

I create space.

An afternoon.
A morning.

Time that is quiet enough for me to think.
And honest enough for me to reflect.

I review where I drifted and where I grew.
I choose what I want to carry forward and what I want to leave behind.

This ritual grounds me.
It strengthens my leadership.

And it reminds me that clarity is something we create, not something we wait for.
