Deepening the work

One of my favorite calls to get:
"Can you come back?"

I first met Jeff Depelteau, M.Ed. a couple of years ago when he was on the admission team at Berkshire School.

Now he's leading the Admission team at St. Andrew's Episcopal School.

I had the privilege of working with Jeff and his team this fall.
So when he brought me back this spring, we had the chance to go deeper into the work.

This time, we focused on strategy.

No months-long process.
No overwhelming framework.

Just the right conversations.
In the right room.
At the right time.

Here's the thing:
Strategic thinking doesn't have to be daunting.

The teams that do it well don't wait for the perfect plan.
They create the space to think together.

I watched this team leave with clarity and momentum going into next year.
I'm excited to see where they take this work.

(Did I get a photo with the whole group? Of course, I forgot. But we managed to grab this one on the way out.)
