Do I need to have all of the answers?

The leaders who earn the most trust aren't the ones who know everything.

They're the ones who are honest about what they don't know.

They say things like:
"I'm not sure yet. Let me think about it."
"That's a good question. I want to give you a real answer."
"I was wrong about that."

So if you are asking yourself:
Do I need to have all of the answers?

I'm here to tell you that you don't.

Certainty is performed.
Trust is earned.
The difference matters.
