Do you have a team?
If you look around at your team meetings and wonder why it isn’t working like it should, it might be because of one thing.
Your “team” isn’t actually a team.
Just because people report to you, doesn’t automatically mean they are a team.
And just because you think they should be a team, doesn't mean they are a team.
Teams are built on trust, a collective vision, and shared goals that everyone is committed to achieving.
Remember:
A group of people isn’t a team because you brought them together.
So ask yourself:
Is your team a team?
