Last cohort meeting

Today was the last meeting of the 2023-24 Assistant/Associate Heads Leadership Cohort.

It has been such a privilege to work alongside this group this year.

Our discussions were deep dives into the nuanced landscape of leading from the Assistant/Associate Head position.

Those who sit in this position know it comes with many rewards and challenges.

At the heart of great leadership lies a commitment to personal growth.

And this cohort certainly models this.
