One thing I've learned as an executive coach?

Most leadership challenges are not strategy problems.
They are state problems.

Leaders are capable.
Committed.
Doing the work.

But they are tired, distracted, or carrying too much at once.
And when that happens, leadership becomes reactive.

Presence is not something you wait for once things calm down.
It is something you choose in the middle of complexity.

The strongest leaders I know understand this.

They attend to their internal state first.

Because how you lead others is shaped long before you speak, decide, or act.
