Your Friday reminder

Leadership is not about getting it right all the time.

It is about how you respond when things do not go as planned.

When a decision misses the mark.
When a conversation feels harder than you expected.
When the week leaves you a little tired.

The leaders I most admire are not the ones who avoid mistakes.

They are the ones who pause, reflect, learn, and choose to stand back up with intention.

As you close out the week, ask yourself this:
What did this week ask of me as a leader?
And how did I respond?

Those reflections matter more than getting it perfectly right.
