We don’t find time.
We make it.
Every “I don’t have time” is really a choice.
Sometimes conscious.
Sometimes not.
But it always reveals what matters most right now.
This isn’t about guilt.
It’s about clarity.
When you say, “I don’t have time,” try rephrasing it as, “It’s not a priority right now.”
If that feels true, great.
If it stings, maybe it’s time to make a different choice.
