Your Friday reminder
When I started Carpenter Leadership Consulting, I didn’t feel fearless.
I felt exposed.
I was leaving certainty.
A title.
Built-in credibility.
And stepping into something that required me to trust myself in a new way.
It scared me not because it was reckless.
But because it was honest.
It asked me to let go of who I had been.
And lean into who I was becoming.
I’ve learned that a little fear is not a stop sign.
It’s information.
It usually means you’re standing at the edge of growth.
Not because you’re unprepared.
But because you’re expanding.
If the dream doesn’t stretch you, it probably isn’t the one you’re meant to build.
