Your Friday reminder

I’ve worked with brilliant leaders who are running on empty.

Exhausted.
Stretched thin.
Overwhelmed.

And while they keep pushing forward, the cost is real:

Decision fatigue.
Short tempers.
Disconnected teams.

The work gets done.
But at what price?

The best leaders I know invest in well-being.
For themselves and for their teams.

That doesn’t just mean self-care and PTO.

It means building a culture where rest is respected.
Clarity is prioritized.
And people are empowered to do their best work without burning out.

Because the truth is, well-being and productivity are partners, not opponents.

And you can’t lead if you’re burned out.

May those of you celebrating the long weekend here in the US find time for rest.
