High performing leaders have coaches
Every so often, I meet a leader who learns what I do and is critical of coaching.
“I’d rather figure it out on my own,” they say.
And sure, that can work.
Sometimes.
But here’s the thing:
The leaders who go the furthest rarely go it alone.
The highest-performing leaders in the companies we all know have coaches.
So do their teams.
Why?
Because they know something important:
A coach helps you see what you can’t see on your own.
They give you a space to talk about things you can’t discuss with anyone else.
They challenge your assumptions.
They push your thinking.
They accelerate your growth.
Can you grow without a coach?
Absolutely.
But if you want to grow faster and go further, having a coach can make all the difference.
If you're wondering what working with a coach actually can look like, reach out.
I'm always happy to talk.
