I wish I knew…

If I could go back in time as a new leader, this is the one thing I'd tell myself:

It's okay to not know.

Leadership isn't about having all the answers.

It's about creating an environment that encourages questions, and learning is continuous.

Not knowing is an opportunity for growth.

Don't be afraid to seek advice from those with different perspectives and experiences.

Vulnerability is not a weakness.

It's a strength that builds trust and authenticity within your team.

Admitting you don’t know allows for collaboration and innovation to flourish.

Focus on creating a culture that values curiosity and allows others can shine.

Leadership is not about being infallible.

It’s about being open to the possibilities that come with not knowing.
