Is your team broken?

Have you ever been here?

Your team likes each other.
You meet often.
There’s trust.

But something still feels off.

That “something” is usually alignment.

Most teams I work with aren’t broken.

They just don’t have clarity around three things:
1️⃣ Shared priorities
2️⃣ Agreed upon ways of working
3️⃣ A culture of accountability

Without those, collaboration will feel slow and unclear.
Even when people get along.

You don’t need a retreat.
You need a reset.

So here are three things you can do today to get your team more clarity:

– Revisit your top three priorities as a team and make sure everyone can name them.
– Agree on how you’ll work together when things get busy or stressful.
– Decide on one consistent check-in point to track progress and keep momentum.

Small steps toward alignment can create big shifts in how your team works.
And how it feels.
