Kicking off another cohort

October is new cohort month for Carpenter Leadership Consulting!

Today marked the beginning of the 2023-24 Assistant/Associate Heads Leadership Cohort.

It was a joy to witness this group come together, open up, and set the stage for the year ahead.

The energy was palpable, even on Zoom.

And I couldn't be more thrilled to be part of this journey with them.

There is an extraordinary power that emerges from a group cohort experience.

It's not just about individual growth.

It’s about the shared wisdom, challenges, and triumphs.
