Leading through change

Even when a change is logical, it’s still emotional for the people experiencing it.

As a leader, your job isn’t just to drive execution.

It’s also about navigating the human side of change.

Yes, you need a strong rationale because people need to understand why the change is happening.

But more importantly, you need to acknowledge the emotional side:
How do people feel about it?

If you’re leading a change, don’t just push forward.

Pause and ask:

- What’s your biggest concern about this shift?
- What’s one thing we can do to make this transition easier?

When people feel heard, they move forward faster.

And that’s what turns change from a disruption into momentum.
