Look back to look forward

The end of the year can sneak up on all of us.

One minute it's October.

The next you're closing out December.

And looking ahead at the new year when you’re running on fumes seems unthinkable.

Before that happens, I suggest one thing.

Take an hour.

Look back before you look ahead.

Ask yourself:

What did this year teach you?

What do you keep relearning?

What's the one lesson you don't want to lose?

That's where next year's growth actually starts.
