I'm feeling grateful today as we kicked off the first session of this year’s Pennsylvania Association of Independent Schools (PAIS) Senior Leader Squad.

Supporting senior leaders continues to be one of the most meaningful parts of my practice.

These leaders are navigating complex challenges and leading with heart.

And they're still making time to invest in their own growth.

That’s something I deeply admire.

This year’s cohort already feels special.

The energy, openness, and commitment in the (Zoom) room reminded me why I love this work so much.

A big thank you to Deb Borden for her thoughtful coordination and for always making this partnership such a joy.
