I'm thrilled to join the Virginia Association of Independent Schools (VAIS) Division Directors Institute next week!

I'll be delivering the keynote address on a topic that's close to my heart: Cultivating Curiosity.

In a world that's constantly evolving, fostering curiosity as leaders is more important than ever.

It is key to vibrant, innovative, and resilient cultures.

I’m also excited to connect with many passionate and dedicated leaders in Virginia independent schools.
