Strategy in action!

One thing that I deeply appreciate about the Admission team at Berkshire School is that they are always pushing themselves to improve.

That goes for themselves as a team.

And for the work they do.

Yesterday, we dug into strategy work together.

The team thought deeply about key aspects of their process and how to improve them.

Contrary to common belief, effective strategic work doesn't demand lengthy timelines.

However, it does require a framework to yield substantial results in a short period of time.

Thanks again Allison Letourneau and the rest of the team for having me back and for digging in deep.

I can't wait to be back again soon!
