What a great way to kick off the week!

Thank you Association of Independent Schools in New England for having me join you today as the keynote for the Business and Operations Conference & Expo.

I spoke today on "Managing and Moving through Difficult Conversations"- a topic that resonates deeply with leaders.

As always, connecting with school leaders is one of my favorite things, and this morning was no exception.
