What a great day in Western Massachusetts yesterday!

I had the pleasure of joining the senior leadership team at The Bement School for part of their team retreat.

Team retreats are one of my favorite parts of the summer.

And this one was no exception.

We dove into CliftonStrengths which sparked lively discussions and plenty of laughter.

The team engaged in a meaningful conversation about leveraging their unique strengths as they gear up for the upcoming school year.

A big thank you to Mike Schloat for the invitation and for including me in your day.

I’m excited to see the incredible things Bement School will achieve this year.
