Thank you Fenn School!

Yesterday, I had the privilege of returning to some familiar territory in Concord to spend the day at The Fenn School.

It was an honor to speak with this group about the power of feedback.

One of the highlights of the day was seeing people open up, share honestly, and connect on a deeper level.

Moments like these remind me why I love this work.
