Thank you PAIS!

Another day another cohort!

Today kicked off the Second Leader Cohort with the Pennsylvania Association of Independent Schools (PAIS) and a dynamic group of Assistant and Associate Heads from PA independent schools.

I love talking about leadership, especially with folks sitting in these crucial roles.

It's amazing to see what happens when you bring together a group of peers who understand the challenges of what you do.

It's going to be a great couple of months together.
