Today is PENNSYLVANIA ASSOCIATION OF INDEPENDENT SCHOOLS Day for Carpenter Leadership Consulting.

First up is the final session of the Second Leader Cohort.

This cohort flew by.

I have loved getting to know this group of Assistant and Associate Heads.

Later, I’m speaking at the Emerging Leaders workshop on building high-performing teams.

One great thing about consulting is partnering with school associations and the people steering them.
