Thank you Riverbend

Earlier this week, I spent two days with the leadership team from Riverbend School.

This is the third year I've had the privilege of joining this team for their retreat.
We covered a lot of ground.

This year, we added some LEGO® Serious Play® to the mix.
I'm always struck by what LSP unlocks in a room.

It unlocks conversations and ideas that otherwise might remain unsaid.

Riverbend's team dug deep this week and has set itself up for a successful year ahead.
(Even Sissy tried to be part of the action.)

A huge thanks to Brooke Hopkins for welcoming me back year after year.
I can't wait to see all this team accomplishes in the year ahead.

And if you haven't seen Riverbend's property yet, do yourself a favor and connect with Brooke for a tour. It's an incredible place to host a retreat.
