Thank you St. Andrew's!

Yesterday, I made a return visit to St. Andrew's Episcopal School in Maryland.

This time, a full day of CliftonStrengths with Jeff Depelteau and his team.

I love this work.

Even with teams I've worked with before, there's always more to uncover.

Strengths gives people fresh language for how they show up with one another.

The honest conversations that happen around blind spots are some of my favorites.

That's where a team really starts deciding how it wants to work together for the year ahead.
