Thank you St. Andrew’s Episcopal School!

This week started with a quick trip to Maryland.

Yesterday, I worked with the Admission Office team at St. Andrew's Episcopal School in Potomac to kick off their 2025-26 season.

We spent the day digging into the work of a team.

Understanding who they are.
Celebrating their wins for the last year.
And talking about the culture they want to create together.

These kinds of conversations often get pushed aside for other work.

Yet, this kind of intentional work doesn’t just strengthen a team. It sets the tone for the year ahead.

What a privilege it was to witness this team pause, reflect, and invest in how they want to work together.

And the bonus was to work with Jeff Depelteau, M.Ed. again!
I can’t wait to see all they accomplish this year!
