The leadership plateau

At some point, every seasoned leader hits a moment they didn’t expect.

From the outside, everything looks steady.

You’re leading your team.
Delivering results.
Showing up.

But inside?

You feel a little stuck.
A little disconnected.
Like you’re leading from muscle memory and not momentum.

This is what I call a leadership plateau.

And it’s more common than you think.
Because growth doesn’t come from motion.

It comes from reflection.

From pausing long enough to ask:
Where am I evolving?
What still excites me?
What’s missing in my own leadership development?

Failing to reflect on your own growth is a recipe for burnout and a disconnection from your why.

If this hits close to home, here’s your gentle nudge:
You don’t have to overhaul everything.
But you do need a space to explore what’s next for you.

Leadership isn’t just about how well you guide others.
It’s also about how well you guide yourself.
