What a way to start a Monday!

I'm feeling grateful having spent this morning at St. Mark's School working with faculty on building an intentional adult community.

We shared our stories- one of my favorite ways to create connection.

At the end, I asked people for their takeaways, and this one resonated:

"Everyone's story is fascinating and worth the time it takes to hear it."

Building connections, fostering mutual support, and nurturing a sense of belonging are essential for adults in our schools.

Because when adults develop connections with one another, we create amazing student-centered schools.
