What an incredible morning at St. Mark's School!

One of the things I truly love about my work is the opportunity to reconnect and collaborate with people I've known for years.

That’s why I was especially excited when Elise Estes invited me to lead the Admission Team through a CliftonStrengths workshop.

The experience was even more special because I got to reconnect with Anne Behnke and see Sarah Enterline Roch!

It was an absolute delight to spend the morning with this team.

The was a lot of learning and laughing throughout our time together.

Seeing their dedication, enthusiasm, and commitment to excellence firsthand was both inspiring and energizing.

It reminded me of why I love what I do—helping teams like theirs thrive.

I’m excited to see what comes next!
