Thank you VAIS!

Thank you to the Virginia Association of Independent Schools (VAIS) schools for having me join you as the keynote for the Division Directors Institute.

It was an absolute pleasure to discuss the power of “Cultivating Curiosity” with such a dedicated group of division leaders.

Plus, I finally had the chance to meet in person some leaders I worked with virtually this past year.

And meet some wonderful new people.

Connecting with school leaders truly is one of my favorite things to do.

So this week was off to a great start.
