The elements for a great Summer Retreat

Summer is closer than it feels.

And for many leadership teams, it's the best time of the year to step back and do the kind of thinking and connecting that feels impossible to do in regular meetings.

But a great retreat doesn't happen by accident.

The ones that actually move teams forward have three things in common:
✔️ A clear purpose. Not just "team building," but a specific question or challenge worth the time
✔️ A balance of deep thinking and real connection. Agendas that create both
✔️ A follow-up plan. So the energy and decisions don't evaporate when everyone goes back to their desks

A retreat should not be a break from the work.
It should be a catalyst for better work.

If you're starting to think about summer for your team, now is the right time to have that conversation.

I'd love to help you design one that does.
Let's talk about what your team needs.

I have limited spaces still available for summer 2026.

P.S. Do any of my enrollment management people recognize this beach?
