Vulnerability is a leadership strength

We’ve all heard the old phrase:

“Don’t let them see you sweat.”

But here’s the truth:
The strongest leaders I know do show vulnerability.

They say things like:
“I don’t have all the answers.”
“I made a mistake.”
“I need your input.”

And you know what happens to those leaders?
Trust grows.
Their teams lean in.
Real conversations start.

Vulnerability doesn’t mean oversharing or losing confidence.

It means leading with honesty, humility, and humanity.

It’s not weakness.
It’s a strength people want to follow.
