Want to build a high performing team? Join us!
I hear this from leaders all the time:
"I have a great team. So why does it still feel this hard to move forward together?"
The answer is almost never about capability.
It's about the conditions underneath.
Misalignment.
Unclear expectations.
Conversations that keep getting avoided.
Good people working hard.
But not always together.
On April 10, I'm leading Developing High-Performing Teams with the Pennsylvania Association of Independent Schools (PAIS).
This is a full-day, in-person workshop for school leaders who want to close that gap.
We'll dig into:
• What separates high-performing teams from ones that just look good on paper
• The leader's role in creating clarity, accountability, and cohesion
• How to build a team culture that sustains itself beyond a single initiative
This is not a theoretical day.
It's practical, honest, and grounded in the real pressures you're navigating right now.
If you lead a team- a senior leadership team, a division, an enrollment office, a department- this day is for you.
High performance doesn't happen by accident.
It's built.
Intentionally.
Consistently.
A huge thank you to Villa Maria Academy High School for hosting the day.
And to Deb Borden for organizing this.
I'd love to see you there.
