Someone recently asked me what kinds of topics come up with my 1:1 coaching clients.

(P.S. I’m not divulging secrets here.)

Being a leader unique set of challenges and complexities.

Sometimes, the conversation is about supporting their teams and direct reports.

Other times it’s about defining clear expectations for accountability.

Or wanting to debrief with an interaction with a board member or employee.

These aren’t my sessions.

They belong to my clients.

My role is to provide support and space for exploration.
