What’s your focus?

I’ve been there too.

Finding myself focusing on weaknesses.

And being critical of myself and my team for what we aren’t accomplishing.

It’s easy to believe that closing performance gaps is the key to success.

But what if we focused on the strengths already driving success?

I know your team is doing great things.

Every person on your team (including you!) has unique talents.
These strengths come naturally, energize you, and fuel your best work.

But when you’re focused on overcoming weaknesses, these strengths often go underused or unnoticed.

By focusing on strengths, you’ll see:

✅ Higher engagement
✅ Better performance
✅ A culture of innovation and collaboration

I get so excited when organizations want to have conversations about becoming strengths-based.

It’s a true game-changer.

This week is going to be fun with a number of CliftonStrengths workshops lined up!

Remember:

The key to lasting success isn’t in fixing weaknesses.

It’s about leveraging the strengths that already exist on your team.
